It's true! Multiple studies have shown that introducing plants into your living space can increase your health and mental health. They are proven to improve concentration and productivity by about 15%, they can also reduce stress levels and boost your mood for the entire day. So now that a lot of us are working from home, we suggest you try your hand at inside gardening. It's super easy!
